Learner Comments allow direct communication between learners and content creators within guides. This feature enables learners to ask questions and seek clarification exactly where they need it, enhancing engagement and learning. **Accessing Learner Comments (For Creators)** **Steps** : 1. Go to the published guide page. 2. Click on Comments and Discussions. This section contains all comments for that guide. > **Note: Comments are available only for guides shared in private mode.** **Adding Comments (For Learners)** **Steps** : 1. Access the shared guide. 2. Click on the Comment button in the guide player. 3. Type your comment in the text field. 4. Click Submit. **When a learner adds a comment:** 1. The guide creator receives an email 2. An in-app notification 3. A pop-up in the “Comments and Discussions” section **Responding to Comments (For Creators)** **Steps** : 1. Go to the Comments and Discussion section of the guide. 2. Find the comment you'd like to respond to. 3. Click the reply icon next to it. 4. Enter your response and click Submit. You’ll receive an email + in-app notification whenever a new comment or reply is added. **Comment Notifications Overview** - New Discussion (Comment): Creator receives an email and a notification inside the workspace. - New Reply: The original commenter (learner or creator) gets an email notification. - In-App Notifications: Accessible via Workspace Settings \> Notifications.
