# GUIDE: How do I upgrade from trial to paid plan?

## Overview

Ready to unlock more features and scale your training content? Upgrading from your free trial to a paid plan in Trainn is quick and easy. Here’s how you can do it right from your workspace.

## Steps

1. Go to your workspace settings and click on Pricing tab.

2. In the pricing section, click the "Upgrade" button from any one of the plans.

3. In the subscription details modal, click "Proceed To Checkout."

4. Enter your billing address.

5. Enter your payment details and click on "Next"

6. Once your payment is successful, your workspace will be immediately upgraded to the chosen plan.

> Important Note: Only admins and owner of the workspace can upgrade the subscription.

## What happens after you upgrade?

- Your **trial limits** are lifted, and all features of your selected plan are unlocked.

- Your **existing data and videos** from the trial remain intact — no content is lost.

- You’ll receive a **confirmation email** with billing details and your plan summary.

## STEPS

1. **In the navigation bar, click on "Workspace Settings."**

2. **In the settings menu, select the "Pricing" tab.**

3. **If your trial has ended, you'll be taken to the Pricing tab by default and a notification bar will be shown at the top.**

4. **Click the "Upgrade" button from any one of the plans in the pricing section.**

   Review the details and select the plan that fits your needs.

   You’ll be prompted to add your **billing information** and **payment method**. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid any processing issues.

6. **Enter your billing address.**

7. **Enter your payment details and click on "Next"**
