You can share videos privately in three ways: 1. **Share links** 2. **Collections** 3. **Knowledge base** ### Private Shareable Links 1. Click on the **Share and Export Option**. 2. In the sharing window, click the dropdown option under the **Private** setting. 3. Select **Only users with access can view** Add specific learners, or learner groups, or authorize through the learner’s email address. 1. Click **Copy Link** to share the link ### Collections 1. Navigate to the **Collections** tab. 2. Select the collection you want to share. 3. Click on **Share**. 4. In the sharing window, click the dropdown option under **Private** settings. 5. Select **Only users with access can view** Add learners, learner groups, or authenticate through email addresses.  6. Click **Copy Link** to share the link ### Knowledge Base  1. Go to the **Knowledge base** tab. 2. Navigate to the **Security** tab. 3. Under Authentication, select **Private Access.** 4. Click on Update
