## CONTENT

Learner Analytics provides detailed insights into individual learner activity and engagement across your Academy. This feature helps you monitor progress, identify engagement patterns, and optimize content strategy based on learner preferences and consumption data. 

**Steps **

1. Navigate to the **Learners tab.**  
2. Click on any learner’s profile to view the comprehensive activity and track their learning journey. 

> **Note:** You can use the search bar or filters to find a specific learner. 

## Analytics metrics

**User engagement **

This helps to monitor overall learner participation through:

- **Total engagement time: **overall time spent actively on learning
- **Total video views: **number of videos accessed by the learner

**Engaged videos** 

This tracks the video consumption patterns of each video the learner has watched. This lists down the videos the learner has watched, displaying either the **completion percentage** for partially viewed videos or **completed** for fully watched content. 

**Engaged collections**

This tracks which collections learners have accessed and begun consuming content from.

**Course assignment **

This lets you directly assign courses to learners and also view all courses currently assigned to that learner for easy management and tracking. 

**Course enrollment **

This displays all courses the learner has enrolled in and tracks their progress toward **completion and certification** (if enabled). It also monitors completed** lessons** and provides access to the learner’s **quiz and assessment attempts** (if enabled). 

**Activity log** 

Activity log is used to track the learner’s activity patterns such as account creation date, academy joining date and last accessed time.  

**Email log** 

This shows the complete history of emails sent to the learner, helping maintain communication records and track engagement touchpoints.
