The Course Analytics feature in Trainn provides detailed insights into learner engagement and performance at the course level. It helps admins and moderators monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and optimize course effectiveness based on real-time data.

### Overview

Course Analytics displays key metrics for each course in your Academy, including:

- Enrolled Learners - Number of users who have enrolled in the course.

- Completed Learners - Users who have successfully completed all modules in the course.

- Assessment Participation - Learners who have taken the course assessment.

- Certified Learners - Users who have passed the assessment and earned a certificate.

- Course Reviews - Feedback and ratings provided by learners.

- Quiz Attempts - Total number of attempts made across all quizzes in the course.

### Filtering and Learner View

- Use the date range filter to view metrics for a specific time period.

- Learner data is presented in a tabular format, allowing for quick scanning and sorting.

- Clicking on any learner’s name will take you to the Learner Details Page, where you can view their full learning journey, including modules completed, quiz scores, and certifications earned.

### How to Access Course Analytics

1. Navigate to the Academy section from the main menu.

2. Click on Course Builder.

3. From the list of existing courses, select the course you want to analyze.

4. You will be directed to the Course Analytics page.

### Here, you can:

- Edit the course

- Preview the course experience

- Export the analytics data as a CSV file
