The **Glossary** helps you maintain consistent terminology across all translations in Trainn. If your team works with multiple languages or product-specific terms, the glossary ensures every translation stays accurate and aligned with your brand vocabulary.

## STEPS

1. **Where to Find the Glossary?**

   The Glossary is available only to **Admins** in your workspace.

2. **In the navigation bar, click on your "Workspace Settings"**

3. **In the top menu, select "Brand Styles."**

4. **In the "Brand Styles" section, click on "Glossary."**

7. **Select the Translation Language and Enter the Translated Term**

9. **Select "Bulk Import" if you have large term lists or pre-existing glossaries.**

10. **You can Download the sample CSV, Populate your terms following the provided format, and Upload the file**
