## How to Recover Deleted Clips from a Video?

The "Create Clips from Available Recordings" feature in Trainn allows you to reuse parts of your original screen recording or previously imported content that may have been deleted or missed during video editing. This makes it easier to recover or reinsert relevant steps without having to re-record everything.

### Steps

1. Click the Edit Video button.

2. Scroll to the clip below which you want to insert content and click the plus (+) icon.

3. From the menu, choose Create Clips from Available Recordings.

> Note: You’ll now see all available recordings, including - The original screen recording. Any uploaded or imported video content within the video

1. Choose the desired recording, and click Proceed.

2. Define the timestamps for the clips you want to use.&nbsp;

3. Choose whether to preserve the original audio.

4. Click Add Clips to insert the selected portions into your video.

### Limitations

- Only recordings associated with the current video will be available.
