The Create Slide feature in Trainn allows you to add slides between video clips. This is especially helpful when you're transitioning between topics, introducing a new section, or want to break the flow with a clear visual separator. Slides serve as static visual elements that help guide your viewer through the narrative of your training video, offering flexibility to deliver key messages with visual emphasis. ### Steps 1. Click on Edit Video. 2. Click on the “+” icon below the clip where you want to add a slide. 3. Select “Create Slide” from the menu. 4. Choose from the two available slide templates. > Note: Each template can be customized to match your design and messaging needs. You can also set defaults for elements like **template type** (for Trainn introduction slides), **background color** , **fill color** , and **font** at the workspace level — ensuring all newly created videos follow a consistent style. 1. Customize the slide background, typography, text content and add a hero image to visually enhance your slide. 2. Once done, click “Save and use image” and it gets added as a clip within your clip timeline. > Note: You can reorder the clip as needed using the multiclip operations menu. ### Limitations - Currently, only two slide templates are available to choose from. - Animations or transitions between slides and clips are not supported.
