This is helpful when you want to break down the longer clips into smaller and more focused segments.  **Steps** In this guide, we will learn the steps to split a clip. 1. Select the clip you want to split into two clips.  2. Click on the **Three-dot icon** next to the clip and select **Trim, Split, and More** from the clip operations window.  (or) You can directly click **Advanced Editing** to enter the Track Editing page 1. In the track editing page, play the video and pause at the exact time point where you want to divide the clip  > **Tip:** For precise control, use the timeline needle as a way to find the exact spot for your split. 1. Click on **Split Clip** on the right side of the tracking editing page. 2. Click **Split** in the confirmation pop-up to confirm dividing the clip at the selected time point.  > **Note:** When you split a clip, any zooms and spotlights from the clip are automatically removed from both resulting clips. **Use case ** - If you choose to **Convert my voice to AI voice** and **Use my voice** while recording, Trainn generates clips based on **Pauses** in your narration and not screen interactions. If there is no pause in the narrations, Trainn may generate one long clip for that segment. This split feature will help you break into smaller, logical parts for better pacing and clarity.  - When you want to remove/delete the middle segment of a clip while keeping the beginning and end segments. Split the clip at both points where the unwanted segment begins and ends, then delete the unwanted clips while keeping the beginning and end segments.
