Using Trainn to Upload and Edit Videos

With Trainn, you can now upload your videos, like webinars, ILT sessions, and podcast episodes, and turn them into learning resources to share with your customers.

Getting Started

To get started, go to the Create Video option. I am uploading a clip from an episode of Trainn's podcast to share with my learners as course material. You can follow the same process while uploading your webinar or VILT content.

Options After Uploading

Once you upload the video, Trainn offers you three options:

1. Convert Audio to AI Voiceovers

   With this option, you can convert the video's voice to an AI-generated voice by selecting the preferred voice from the available options.

2. Automatic Video Splitting

   This option lets you upload any video into Trainn, and our AI will automatically split it into separate clips, making video editing effortless. Trainn has split your video into separate clips. You can now edit your videos as you normally would.

3. Select Specific Clips

   This option allows you to select specific clips from the video sequence and import only those into the editor. Here you can choose to preserve the audio track of the video, or add one later while editing. You can create multiple clips based on your preferred timelines.

Example Workflow

Trainn has now generated a clip and the voiceover script based on the timestamps I selected. Here, you'll notice that Trainn has removed the voice because I chose not to preserve the audio while importing the video.
