Organizing Training Content as Shareable Collections

This video teaches us how to organize training content as shareable collections. Collections are a helpful way to organize your training content. You can share collections independently through unique links, or use them to upload content into your knowledge base.

Creating a Collection

1. Click on the Collections option from the toolbar on your dashboard.

2. Create a brand new collection by clicking on Create Collection.

3. Name your collection (e.g., VoiceOver Updates) to contain specific updates.

Adding Description and Sections

1. Add an SEO-friendly description to help rank your collection.

2. Organize your content as sections (like chapters in a book) inside your collections.

3. Create sections (e.g., Automated AI VoiceOvers) to categorize resources.

Adding Resources to Sections

1. Add resources such as videos, guides, or articles to each section.

2. Include how-to videos to educate learners on specific topics.

Sharing and Tracking

1. Share your collection by copying the shareable link.

2. Generate tracking links to monitor specific users' engagement.
