Bulk Control over Learners
Manage learner data at scale with our new bulk control feature. This enhancement enables you to:
Edit: Update learner information in bulk across fields like company and role. Additionally, custom fields can be created by contacting support and then edited or updated as needed.
Deactivate Accounts: Select groups of learners based on standard or custom fields to deactivate their accounts in one action.
❌ Deactivated learners will no longer have access to the academy or private knowledge base.
