With Learner Groups, you can efficiently organize learners based on shared learning needs, ensuring the right content reaches the right teams at the right time. Here's how you can utilize the Learner Groups dashboard to manage your learning environment effectively.
The Learner Groups dashboard serves as your central hub, providing a comprehensive view of all the groups you've created across your workspace.
Navigate to the Create Learner Group option.
Choose between creating Static Groups or Dynamic Groups.
Ideal for creating a fixed list of learners that remains unchanged over time.
Requires manual addition of learners, as these groups do not update automatically.
Allows you to set specific conditions for automatic group membership.
Automatically updates as learners meet the defined conditions.
Example: Setting up a dynamic group for the Marketing team by defining the condition as Department = Marketing.
These conditions can be customized to suit your specific needs.
If you've established an academy, you can assign courses directly to specific groups, facilitating personalized training for targeted learners.
Add a learner as a group manager to provide them with full visibility into their team's analytics, including enrollments, completion rates, and engagement.
Add recommended videos and collections for easy access to curated content by learners.
In the Learners tab, you can filter learners based on the number of groups they belong to, simplifying the segmentation and management of large audiences.
Click on Learners in the navigation bar.
