In this video, we will learn how to enhance your guides by adding warnings and tips. Follow these steps to effectively incorporate them into your content.
Begin by opening your guide. Here, you will find the options to add warnings and information.
Use the "Add Information" option to include helpful information, context, or tips for your learners.
For example, under a screenshot that demonstrates how to share a screen and record, you can add a tip for better understanding.
Information added will automatically be marked with an eye icon for easy identification among the steps.
Warnings are used to alert users about potential errors or unintended consequences they should be aware of.
Each warning will have an associated symbol for easy recognition.
Both warnings and information have a 250-character limit for the description.
Keep descriptions as concise as possible for clarity.
Once published, added information and warnings will be clearly visible to your learners, enhancing their understanding of the process.
Thank you for watching.
