When enabled, Trainn automatically creates a Markdown version of every video, guide, and article in your hub. Markdown is a simple text format that strips away all the design elements in your knowledge hub — navigation, video players, layout — and keeps only the actual content in a clean, structured format that AI tools can read. For videos, this includes the full transcript, which is otherwise locked inside the player and completely invisible to AI.

Your hub also generates a single file called llms.txt that indexes all your Markdown pages in one place, so any AI tool can discover and access your entire knowledge base through one URL.

When "Allow AI/LLMs to Read Hub Content" is enabled

Markdown versions are generated for all your hub content. The llms.txt file is created and live. AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, support chatbots, and AI agents can read and use your documentation. The "Open in ChatGPT" and "Open in Claude" options become available on every page.

When "Allow AI/LLMs to Read Hub Content" is disabled

No Markdown versions are generated. The llms.txt file is removed. Your content remains inaccessible to AI tools. This is useful if your documentation contains sensitive information you don't want AI models to access.
