If you've already created a video in Trainn, you can instantly convert it into a Guide. This allows you to generate three training resources in one go—a video, a step-by-step walkthrough, and a text-based guide—saving time while maximizing learner reach.

How to Turn a Video into a Guide

1. Navigate to the video you’ve already created and published in your Trainn workspace.

2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on Turn Video into Guide to begin the conversion.

That’s it! Trainn will automatically extract steps and content from your video to generate a complete guide.
