How to Upload & Edit Video?

The upload video feature allows you to import videos such as product screen recordings, webinar content, and recorded presentations, edit them using AI, and store them in Trainn for easy distribution to your learners.

Steps

1. From the library, click Create > Create Video.

2. Click the Upload option and select the video file.

3. Select an edit option from the following:

   • Convert audio to AI voiceovers: Transforms verbal voiceovers in your uploaded video into AI-generated voiceovers.

   • Generate clips using AI: Breaks down the uploaded video into shorter clips while retaining original audio and background music.

   • Make clips and use: Allows selection of specific video sections by timestamp.

4. Click Add clips.

5. Edit your video in the editor window as required.

When to Use Edit options?

Convert audio to AI voiceovers Use when:

• Your video contains voiceover audio recorded in a noisy environment

• You want to translate voiceovers from one language to another

• You want to generate an editable voiceover script without re-recording

Generate clips using AI Use when:

• You need to break down a longer video into manageable sections

• You want to retain the original verbal audio and background music

Make clips and use Use when:

• You need only specific portions of your video

Limitations

• Videos must be in .MP4 format. Use any free online video converter to change other formats to .MP4.

• Upload file size limits are determined by your subscription plan.
