How can I share videos privately with specific users?

Trainn allows you to share videos with specific learners rather than making them publicly accessible. You can share videos privately in three ways:

1. Share links

2. Collections

3. Knowledge base
   

Private Shareable Links

1. Click on the Share and Export Option.

2. In the sharing window, click the dropdown option under the Private setting.

3. Select Only users with access can view

Add specific learners, or learner groups, or authorize through the learner’s email address.

4. Click Copy Link to share the link
   

Collections

1. Navigate to the Collections tab.

2. Select the collection you want to share.

3. Click on Share.

4. In the sharing window, click the dropdown option under Private settings.

5. Select Only users with access can view

Add learners, learner groups, or authenticate through email addresses. 

6. Click Copy Link to share the link

Knowledge Base 

1. Go to the Knowledge base tab.

2. Navigate to the Security tab.

3. Under Authentication, select Private Access.

4. Click on Update
