In this video, we will explore our brand new Knowledge Hub analytics dashboard, highlighting the significance of the metrics and how to utilize them effectively. Previously, you had access to a limited set of high-level metrics, but now, you have a comprehensive, ROI-driven analytics suite to understand precisely how your learners engage with your Knowledge Hub.
Click on the Analytics tab under the Knowledge Hub section.
Select the date range for which you want to view analytics.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the big four metrics:
Total Views
Unique Visitors
Average Engagement Time
Total Support Time Saved
These metrics provide a quick snapshot of your hub's usage and its impact.
Scroll down to see a detailed breakdown of engagement across various formats such as videos, guides, articles, and documents. This helps you identify which formats your learners prefer.
Check the Total Learners metric to view learner activity over specific time intervals. This can help you spot usage peaks, dips, and adoption cycles.
Each section highlights your most viewed content. Use the Quick View All link for a full list. Identify your top-performing assets based on unique views and engagement time. Clicking on specific content redirects you to the Content Level Analytics page, where you can further analyze performance and identify areas for content refresh or addition.
This section shows what learners are searching for, how often, and whether they're finding the content they need. A high search count with low CTR indicates a need for new content. The Search Performance Chart visualizes search count versus clicks over time. Note that this data is available only from November 25, 2025.
This tracks total and average engagement over time, allowing you to monitor if content updates are driving better engagement.
Start using the dashboard right away to measure ROI, enhance onboarding, and continuously improve your training content. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@trainn.co.
