Setting up Academy Login & Home Page

For your academy to go live, you need to configure two essential pages - the Login Page and the Home Page.

This guide will walk you through setting up your Academy Login Page to control the access experience and ensure it reflects your brand identity.

Configure the Login Page

The Login Page is the gateway for your learners. You can customize its look, feel, and authentication method without writing a single line of code.

Steps to Set Up the Login Page

To setup the login page, go to Academy > Academy Builder > Login Page

Select Authentication Method

Choose how your learners will log in:

  1. Email Authentication (Default method - users sign in with an email and password)

  2. SSO Authentication

  3. Single Sign-On (SAML) - for enterprise-level secure access

Set the Default Language

Choose the default language your login page will appear in. Do note that if you don't see any languages in the builder, this is because you haven't enabled the languages under the Academy Configurations options.

Customize Login Page Content

Login Page Title - Add a custom title to welcome learners.
Description - Provide supporting text or instructions for your users.

Design the Login Page

Trainn uses a no-code editor, which means you can customize the design of your login page without writing a single line of code.

Login Window Position - Choose where the login form appears on the page (Left, Center, Right).
Custom Image - Upload an image to reflect your brand or theme.

Footer Notes - Add disclaimers, copyright notices, or helpful links to the page footer.

Set up Academy Home Page

To configure your academy's home page, navigate to Academy > Home Page.

This is the default landing page your learners see upon logging into your academy. The appearance and structure of the home page depend on the academy mode you've selected—either Catalog Mode or Assignment Mode.
