Workspace Users
The number of users in your workspace with permission to create and publish content — this includes anyone with the Owner, Admin, or Creator role.
Learners, Moderators, and Managers are not counted here, as they don't create content.
Published Content
The total number of videos, guides, articles that are live in your workspace and published. Refer to the image below.

Draft Content
The number of videos and guides that have been created but not yet published. Refer to the image below.

Content Quality Score
The percentage of rated content pieces that received a positive rating (like) from your learners. Every learner who consumes a video, guide, or article can rate it with a like or dislike. Content Quality Score is the aggregate ratio of likes to total ratings across all your published content.
Formula: Total likes ÷ (Total likes + Total dislikes)
💡 A high score indicates learners are finding your content helpful and well-aligned with what they came looking for. A lower score is usually a signal that the content doesn't fully cover the topic, is outdated, or isn't structured clearly enough for self-serve consumption.
What to keep in mind:
Only rated content contributes to this score. Content that hasn't received any likes or dislikes is excluded from the calculation.
This is a workspace-wide aggregate. To see ratings at the individual content level, go to the content's analytics page.

Content Freshness
The percentage of your published content that has been updated in the last 180 days.
Content that hasn't been touched in over 6 months often drifts out of sync with your product — UI changes, renamed features, or new workflows can make older videos and guides confusing for learners. A higher freshness score means your library is more likely to reflect your current product experience.
