A breakdown of how your training content is performing across each distribution channel. Use this to identify which channels are driving the most learner engagement so you can double down on what's working and diagnose what isn't.

Channels covered:
In-App Tutorials
Knowledge Hub
Embedded Videos
Shareable Links
Academy
All content types are included in the calculation — videos, guides, and articles.
The table takes into account:
Total learners viewing the content
Total views for the content shared via the particular channel
Average learning time for the content shared via the channel
Each channel shows:
Learners — Number of unique learners who engaged with content through this channel.
Views — Total content views delivered through this channel.
Avg. time — Average time learners spent on content delivered through this channel.
The horizontal bar next to each channel visualizes its share of total learner engagement, making it easy to see at a glance where your distribution is concentrated.
Expandable rows: In-App Tutorials and Embedded Videos
Two channels can be expanded to show where engagement is actually happening:
In-App Tutorials — Expand this row to see the top 5 product pages where your tutorials are driving the most views. Useful for understanding which parts of your product your users are self-serving on, and where tutorials are already landing well.
Embedded Videos — Expand this row to see the top 5 pages where your embedded videos are being watched. This includes pages across your help center, marketing site, landing pages, or anywhere else you've embedded Trainn videos.
If a channel shows no data
There are two possible reasons:
No data yet — The channel is included in your plan, but you haven't shared any content through it yet. The dashboard will start showing data as soon as learners engage with content distributed through this channel. See: Distribution made easy to get started.
Upgrade required — The channel isn't included in your current plan. Click the Upgrade button on the row, or reach out to support@trainn.co to explore adding it.
