Trainn lets you clone your videos into multiple languages. When doing so, there may be specific words or phrases—such as brand names, product names, technical terms, or acronyms—that should remain untranslated. To ensure these words stay consistent across all localized versions, Trainn allows you to mark them as Non-Translatable Words.
This feature helps maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity in your multilingual voiceovers.
Navigate to any of the videos in your Trainn library where you want to define non-translatable words.
Click on Voice Settings from the right-hand panel.
Scroll down and locate the Non-Translatable Words section.
Click on Manage and type in the word that you do not want to translate.
Click Add.
Publish the video.
Note: Currently, non-translatable words are applied globally across the workspace—they will affect all translated videos using the Trainn AI voiceover.
The non-translatable words feature applies only to AI-generated translations. Uploaded or human voiceovers will not reflect these settings.
Words must be added before duplicating the video in another language. Changes made afterward will not be reflected.
