How to Change Voiceover Settings?

Trainn allows you to customize your video voiceovers by changing the voice style and accent to match your brand tone or regional audience. Customizing the voice helps improve clarity, relatability, and engagement with your content, whether you need a warm conversational tone for tutorials or a professional style for onboarding.

This guide will show you how to choose the ideal voice style and accent to suit your video content.

Steps to access voiceover settings

1. Click Edit Video to open the video in the editor.

2. In the video editor tool bar, Click on Voice Settings.

Steps to change voice type

1. In the Voice Settings panel, click on Change to select a voice from the available list.

   Note: You’ll find some Premium voices in the list which give you more natural-sounding and expressive tones. These voice options are available only in Grow plan and Business plan.

2. Click on Listen to preview of the voice and Update. 

Steps to change voice tone

1. Click on Voice Tone to choose one that matches your video’s tonality.

2. Play the updated video to confirm the voiceover reflects the selected voice tone and accent.

3. Make sure to apply changes to all clips to maintain consistency across the video.

Limitations

• Voice tones are available only for selected AI voices. If a tone is unavailable, try switching to a different voice.

• Some accents may not support all tones.

• Changes to voice tones and accent require regeneration of the voiceover, which can take a few seconds.
