Trainn now supports 4K video exports, allowing you to download your product videos at the highest available resolution.
What is 4K?
4K refers to a video resolution of approximately 3840 × 2160 pixels — four times the resolution of standard HD (1080p). At this resolution, fine details remain crisp and legible regardless of screen size, making it the preferred format for high-quality video delivery.
Who can use 4K exports?
4K export is currently in Beta and is not available to all users by default. To request access, contact us at support@trainn.co. Once enabled, you can access 4K downloads by:
Click "Share and Export" options
Select "Export"
Select "Export 4K"
