Markdown is a simple way to format text that can be easily shared across different platforms while maintaining its styling. Think of it as a universal translator that makes your content look great everywhere.

When to use copy as Markdown/HTML and Export as Markdown?

If you are answering support tickets, or answering a customer query through email or slack message, we recommend you to use copy as Markdown/HTML, this makes sure your guides, get copied into your emails, with image descriptions.
