How to set up custom domain?

Setting up a custom domain allows you to brand your Academy with your own website address, making it more professional and aligned with your organization.

Steps

To set up custom domain: 

1. Choose your academy subdomain 

Select a subdomain that will serve as your Academy's web address.

Format: [subdomain].yourcompany.com

Eg:
academy.trainn.co

training.trainn.co 

2. Add CNAME Record in DNS Provider

Go to your respective DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, and more) and add the CNAME records.

Type: CNAME

Name: Your chosen subdomain name (eg: academy  ) 

Value: [subdomain].yourcompany.com, (eg: academy.trainn.co)

Important: Enter the subdomain only in Name field. (eg: academy, and not as whole address - academy.yourcompany.com). 

3. Contact  Support team to complete the configuration from our end. 

After adding the DNS record, contact our support team ( support@trainn.co ) to complete the custom domain configuration from Trainn's side.
